Refund Policy

NKLeads is a service of NK Hardware LLC, 2245 Wisteria Dr SW, Suite 200 #1128, Snellville, GA 30078.

1. Digital Goods

NKLeads packages are digital goods that are delivered electronically and become available for download immediately after purchase. Because of the nature of instantly delivered data, all sales are generally final once a Package has been downloaded.

2. Limited Refund Window

We want you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you have not yet downloaded your Package, you may request a full refund within 14 days of purchase by using the contact form at /contact.

Once a Package has been downloaded, it is considered used and delivered, and is no longer eligible for a refund except as described below.

3. Data Quality Issues

Our Packages are validated at the time of creation and reflect a snapshot in time. Data may naturally become outdated as businesses change, and some level of inaccuracy is expected and does not, on its own, qualify for a refund. Please review our data accuracy disclaimer in the FAQ.

If you believe a Package was materially misrepresented or contains a systematic defect, contact us within 14 days of purchase with details and we will review your request in good faith and may issue a full or partial refund at our discretion.

4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, use the contact form at /contact and include your account email and order details. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Stripe and may take several business days to appear on your statement.

5. Custom Packages

Custom packages are built to your specific criteria. Because they involve dedicated work, custom packages are non-refundable once processing has begun, unless we are unable to fulfill the agreed criteria.
