Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of NKLeads (the "Service"), operated from the United States. By creating an account, purchasing a package, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

NKLeads sells one-time, downloadable B2B lead and data packages ("Packages") delivered as digital files. Packages are curated from public and third-party data sources and validated at the time of creation.

You must provide accurate information when registering and are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least 18 years old and authorized to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization.

You agree not to use the Service or any Package to:

• Send unlawful, deceptive, or unsolicited communications in violation of anti-spam laws (including the CAN-SPAM Act) or applicable data-protection laws (such as GDPR or CCPA).
• Resell, redistribute, sublicense, or publicly post Package data as a standalone product.
• Reverse engineer, scrape, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Violate the rights of any third party or any applicable law or regulation.

You are solely responsible for ensuring your use of Package data complies with all laws applicable to your outreach and marketing activities.

Payments are processed by our third-party payment processor, Stripe. By purchasing a Package you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the listed price. All prices are in U.S. dollars.

Packages are digital goods delivered electronically. Upon successful payment, your Package becomes available for download from your account. Delivery is considered complete once the Package is made available to you.

Because Packages are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are limited. Please review our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.

Package data is validated at the time of creation and reflects a snapshot in time. Businesses, websites, and contact information may change, become inactive, or go out of date after validation. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, deliverability, or ongoing availability of any data, and Packages are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NKLeads and its owners, employees, and suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Package giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes become effective when posted. Your continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
